One-to-One Meetings


​The one-to-one meetings are the heart of the event. They are either pre-scheduled or organized on the day of your pitch. 

Two weeks before the event, the scheduler is first opened for Vendors only. Our matching algorithm will assist participants to identify and invite the best partners to meet during the event.

The following week the scheduler is opened for Buyers so they can reply to the incoming requests and also send their own requests to Vendors. There is no minimum number of meeting to book for Buyers. It all depends upon mutual interest. 

From that date until the start of the event, the scheduler is opened for all participants.


Once confirmed, each meeting is added to your agenda and a private link is generated for each meeting. We are using our own Zoom license so you don't need to use your own account or install the app on your computer.


On the day of the meeting simply click on the link and you'll be connected to the other party. 

On the week prior to the event, you'll receive a daily recap email with any new meeting invitations and all your confirmed meetings

Pitch your Product


All Vendors have 3 minutes to present 1 new product/solution to the audience.

One Pitch Session is scheduled on the morning of each day with a specific theme:

  • Day 1: Mobile Products

  • Day 2: Smart Tech

  • Day 3: AV/IT/Gaming

During the Pitch Session, buyers can vote for their preferred product. 


At the same time, they can also send new meeting requests to the vendors during their pitch.

The Fireside Chats are 15 min interviews with the CEOs and Executive team of our Event Sponsors.

Fireside chat are unique opportunities to hear from the company's vision and strategy and a great complement to Pitch sessions (single-product focus) and Private Webinar (product roadmap focus)

Private Webinar

The Private Webinar is a 30-minute interactive session with a pre-registered audience. The purpose is to allow the vendor to present their full product/solution roadmap.

Vendors can invite Buyers but they are free to accept and register or decline and  select any other webinar to attend



In between the various conferences, pitch your Product sessions and one-to-one meetings, the chat room will be opened to network with all the participants. An algorithm will help you select the most appropriate attendees to chat with so you can optimize your time during this session.
